Charlie is an older dog, about 12 years old and is a cross breed between a German shepherd and a Labrador. She is very smart and learns quickly.
She adopts to any adult and children but works and listens to adults better than children. She loves to have her belly rubbed.
Charlie is food jealous and doesn’t like to share her food with other pets. She is also very protective of the house and will bark but will not bite.
Her ideal home would need to have a yard and access to inside since she is an inside dog that is trained. She loves the outdoors and loves to run but will not run at other dogs and will not bark while being walked. Very well trained when walking outside.
She is very loyal that first she will wait by the gate, rain or shine, waiting for her owner. With trust she will learn to trust new owner and responds very well to snacks and food. She loves to be taken for rides and at times will not want to get out of the car but peanut butter will do.
