We are a network of foster homes and we do our adoptions by appointment after adoption applications are approved.

Rocket Rescue is a no-kill, all volunteer foster network in Skagit County, WA. We adopt out cats and dogs and require that all pets are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. We accept stray animals, owner releases, and shelter transfers. We recognize the need for homeless cat and dog rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption and strive to serve our local communities to reduce pet overpopulation.
