My whole life revolves around fun, especially anything that moves fast! I love chasing ping pong balls, batting around a plastic spring, wrestling with my siblings, and attacking the cat dancer toy. If it moves, I`m on it! I`m curious and brave, and I`m ready to investigate everything.
When it comes to meals, I`m quiet and patient—I know good things come to those who wait! I also really enjoy a tasty treat if you`re offering.
Now, here`s the thing: I love people, but I`m not a lap cat or a cuddler. I prefer my paws on the ground, and I don`t enjoy being held much. I`ll show you my affection through playtime and headbutts, not long snuggles!
Since I`m a high-energy kitten, I need a friend to keep up with me! I must be adopted into a home that already has a playful young cat, or I need to be adopted as a pair with an age-appropriate kitten.

Smittens isn’t just another cat rescue.
We are a coalition of volunteers with a spay/neuter mission, dedicated to helping both stray and owned animals in the greater San Diego area get fixed, receive veterinary care, and whatever else they may need! Smittens works with shelters and other rescues to route cats to proper vet care and eventual homes, and we take in stray cats who need help getting off the street. We also support TNR for feral cats, and assist cat and dog owners to get their own pets fixed and vaccinated at a low cost.
