Meet Fitz, a sweet 9-month-old Terrier mix with the most lovable personality. Fitz is a happy, tail-wagging boy who adores every dog and human he meets! He loves playtime and then snuggling in close, giving the most grateful little kisses. He is fully potty trained, knows basic commands, and sleeps peacefully through the night in a dog bed or settles into his crate on his own.

Fitz would thrive with someone looking for a joyful companion to brighten their days, enjoy walks, and share fun adventures. He truly just wants to be loved and included and will make a wonderful addition to a forever family.

We require an application, application approval, meet and greet, home check, adoption fee and a contract.

2 months -12 months: $425
1 year - 6 years $375
7 years+ - $325

Adoption fee includes :

Shots up to date of adoption, wellness exam, fecal test,
Spay/neuter, Micro-chip and any other medical needed.

We also require to stay first on the micro-chip info for life and have a life time return policy on all our rescue dogs adopted out.

Unfortunately, we do not adopt out of state under any circumstances. We recommend that you visit your local shelter or dog rescues in your area if you are looking to adopt.

I.C.A.R.E. is an all breed, no kill dog rescue. We rescue dogs at risk of being euthanized from shelters, abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many owner surrendered dogs; which are dogs that can no longer remain in their current homes due to financial or personal issues. I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs that are euthanized in our shelters each and everyday. We focus on rescuing and rehabilitating them in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes. We also focus on educating the public regarding specific breeds, rescue, and general information regarding the canine species. We are a 100% volunteer run and supported organization that cannot survive without the help of loving fosters, volunteers, and benefactors.
