If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Meet storm! He’s very sweet boy and doesn’t bark but he can be sassy and will howl at you at times. He doesn’t care for much for toys and will never wake you up in the morning. He gets up when you get up. His favorite thing to do is good on morning jogs, hiking, playing with other dogs. He seems to get nervous meeting other dogs if they move too quickly towards him. I noticed he’s a little more territorial when on a leash but off it he seems to do well. He also has a bit of separation anxiety. He was a lost dog when we rescue him from the shelter, not sure if he stayed outdoors but he’s an indoor dog with us. He’s 100% potty trained! I feel like he’s needs someone active/ with lots of lands and other dogs so he’s not lonely. He’s such a good boy that loves belly rubs. I would also be careful with him and food with other dogs. He seems a bit territorial with bones and food driven. He will plays with toys sometimes but he won’t rip or chew them up.
