My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Mystery Saja—the smallest kitten with the biggest personality. I got added to the K-pop demon hunters litter of kittens because I was a singleton kitten needing to learn proper manners! I’m full of spunk, always curious, and pretty much FEARLESS. If there’s a new room, box, or suspicious-looking shadow to investigate, I’m already on it like a tiny detective with no sense of danger. Exploring is my hobby, my sport, and my part-time job.I’m friendly with everyone and love discovering new toys, new people, and new ways to make humans laugh. But once I’ve burned through my zoomies, I turn into a total cuddlebug. I’ll curl up on your lap, chest, or shoulder and purr like I’m auditioning for “World’s Cutest Snuggle Machine.” I’m also amazing with shy cats. My confidence helps them feel braver, and I gently show them that the world isn’t nearly as scary as they think.  My backstory:I was brought into a vet clinic for a euthanasia when I was 5 weeks old (can you believe it!?) but with a little bit of IV fluids, I jumped up out of my coffin and was like "Not today mister!" I am way beyond grateful for this second chance and if you’re looking for a tiny adventurer with a huge heart and world-class cuddle skills, I’m your boy.

I'm fixed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, flea treated, microchipped and ready for my new home. I'll be featured at Petsmart in Fremont! Come see me! Application is required for meet/greet & adoption.

MUST FOLLOW APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Go to  https://www.kittenrescue101.org/adopt/available-cats and Click "adopt" on the cat's profile you are interested in. Clicking adopt does not mean that you are adopting this cat. It will take you to an application to fill out which is the first step of the adoption process. (NOTE: If the kitten is a bonded pair, do not apply for him/her as a single kitten. These applications will not be considered) We do not adopt out single kittens. Potential adopter must have an existing young kitty

2) If your application is approved, you will receive a call back within 2-3 days with an appointment time slot. We do our best to match the cat to the best environment/family/situation as possible based on the cat's personality and temperament. We cannot call back every applicant with an update. You will receive a call if your application is selected. Thank you for your understanding.

More about this rescue

We are a small home based rescue serving the San Joaquin & Bay Area. It is our mission to rescue cats and kittens and provide them with supportive medical care, socialization, food, shelter to reduce unnecessary suffering. All of our kittens/cats are rescues and we try our best to place them into adoptable homes. Without human intervention, many of these cats & kittens would suffer from disease, starvation, death or live outdoors the remainder of their lives- afraid of humans. With a little bit of help, socialization, and lots of love, they come to learn and seek human attention and affection. We believe that all animals deserve a chance at life.
