Meet Bella!

A gentle almost eight-year-old German Shepherd currently in Thornton, CO, whose heart is as big as her 110-pound frame and just as full of love. With her striking black and tan coat and calm, watchful eyes, Bella is a loyal companion who prefers the quiet comfort of your company over the hustle and bustle of an active household.

Bella is the queen of chill! Her favorite pastime? Lounging peacefully near her favorite person with her beloved ball within reach. She's the kind of dog who doesn’t need a marathon of activity to be happy, just a little playtime, lots of affection, and her nightly treat (bonus points if it’s a dental bone)! She's perfectly content being your shadow, quietly following you from room to room like your biggest (and furriest) fan.

Spayed, vaccinated, and house-trained, Bella brings the ease of a well-mannered adult dog. She's attended doggy day camp and does well around other dogs, though she's not particularly interested in making new canine friends. She’s more about humans, especially the ones who know how to dole out love and snacks! While she hasn't lived with cats, she has shown a strong interest in chasing them during walks, so she would thrive in a cat-free home.

Bella knows most basic commands and handles short times alone with no fuss. She doesn't need a strict routine, but she does expect her nightly treats (it’s a non-negotiable in her book). With no known health concerns or special needs, Bella is a low-maintenance sweetheart whose idea of joy is curling up beside you and making your home feel fuller, cozier, and warmer.

She may not be the life of the party, but Bella will be the steady, loving soul who’s always there with a soft nudge, a watchful gaze, and a tail wag just for you.
