Button and Shila came to us after being retired from a lab in the Midwest. They are approximately 1.5 years old as of December 2025.
These girls are sweet but a little nervous of handling. They LOVE treats, crackers in particular are a big hit. They do really well in the playpen, love snuggling up in hammocks, and are curious but cautious of people. They would do well as a pair, or joining an existing mischief of rats.
Button is the bigger chunkier girl with a thicker stripe down her back, and Shila is smaller with a thinner stripe. They are easy to tell apart and so adorable.
