But despite everything she's been through, Scarlett has chosen joy. Now that she's with us, she's blossoming more each day, eating well, gaining confidence, and discovering that treats might just be her favorite thing in the whole world. She adores being close to people and lights up the second she realizes someone is coming to spend time with her. With her bright eyes and wagging tail, she's ready to start fresh with a family who will show her the kindness she's always deserved.
