****Charlotte has been with us longer than we would like, so she has been added to our Lonely Hearts Club. A generous donor has covered the rest of her adoption fee.****
Charlotte is a sweet, attention-loving dog who’s ready to be your loyal shadow and your best friend. If you’re looking for a dog who will greet you with wags, follow you from room to room, and happily soak up every pet, scratch, and snuggle you, then Charlotte is your girl! This affectionate sweetheart thrives exclusively on human company, and would love a home where she can be the center of someone’s world. She does need to be the only animal in the home though, so she can absorb all of the attention and love available to her. She’s a gentle soul to adult humans, but because she can be a bit overwhelmed by lots of little hands and other animals, then she’ll do best in a home with no young children or other pets.
If you’re searching for a friendly, loving companion who just wants to be close and adored, come meet Charlotte! She’s ready to love you with her whole heart.
Medical History: Charlotte came to DCHS with some minor medical concerns which are currently resolving! She is limping and favoring one of her rear legs, which our veterinarians diagnosed as a condition of her knee cap sliding out of place occasionally. She will benefit from seeing her new vet shortly after adoption to keep her wellness trending in the right direction, as well as to keep an eye on her knees to hopefully mitigate the development of arthritis due to this condition!
Weight: 49.4 lbs
Adoption Fee: $100 + tax
