My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Dynamite is a sweet, gentle cat. His (microchip) name does not behoove him. He loves to sit with you on the couch and keep you company. He is a fairly verbal cat, he trills and meows more than his brother (Mellow). He loves playtime, never nips or scratches his foster parents. He is a little shyer than his brother, but still a confident and friendly cat. He loves men especially. He is almost 10 years old.

Dynamite loves being brushed, but is not much of a fan of cars. He meows during car rides. He would need about 20 minutes of play each day, and a brushing once a week. He eats wet and dry food, chicken heart and gizzards too if you wish to give him a natural diet. Dynamite also loves to play with the laser pointer. Dynamite absolutely loves windows - he watches the birds out the window, and enjoys sniffing the outdoors when a window is left open. He is willing to explore the outdoors on a leash, but is easily afraid so a slow introduction to walking would be required.

Dynamite will come with many of his favorite things, his cat tree, litter boxes, plates, toys, treats. His foster parents are willing to zoom call or meet with you if you want to see him. He is bonded to his brother Mellow and cannot go without him. They love each other very much. They would do best in a house with no dogs.

All of our cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped, tested for FIV/FELV , and up to date on vaccinations including rabies, distemper, and de-wormer.

You can meet some of our adorable cats and kittens during store hours at PetSmart, 385 Haggerty Rd. in Commerce Township.

If you are interested in adopting one or more of our lovable cats, please complete an Adoption Application form which can be found on our website at   www.locrami.com under Forms/Applications.

More about this rescue

We branched off of another rescue group in Oct of 2015, in order to concentrate solely on cats and kittens. We are a 501c3 foster-based group of dedicated volunteers, and our mission is finding homes for stray, abandoned, no longer wanted cats and kittens. We are a foster-based Rescue, meaning we have no brick and mortar facility. All our cats are cared for by foster caregivers in loving homes. We give medical help to sick and injured cats as needed. Donations, grants, and adoption fees are our sole means of income for our group. Volunteers are always welcomed and needed.
