My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Goldfinch is a young yellow Labrador Retriever mix with a heart full of warmth and a spirit that rarely sits still. He’s super high energy, the kind of boy who’s excited to greet the day, ready for play, adventure, and any bit of joy he can find. He’ll need a household that can keep up with his enthusiasm—one that loves movement, outdoor time, and a dog who brings lively brightness into every room.

Even with all that energy, Goldfinch is deeply affectionate. He leans in for pets, and that gentle contact helps him settle and feel grounded. He has a soft, trusting way about him that makes his sweetness shine through every moment. He adores dog friends and lights up around pups who can match his play style or simply offer good company. He’s still learning leash manners, but with positive reinforcement and patient guidance, he’ll pick things up quickly—he wants so much to make his people proud!!!

Goldfinch’s sweet face and bright smile say everything: he’s a loving, hopeful boy who’s ready to capture your heart and share all the energy, joy, and affection he carries.
