Meet Pretzel! Pretzel came into the shelter November 18th found stray outside of the city limits of Alpine with her sister Toast. Both girls were thin and in desperate need of rescue from the side of the road of south 118. They were lucky that a good Samaritan found them when they did and scooped them up. Pretzel has done great in play groups with other dogs so far and loves meeting new people. She is very calm and gentle. Plus, she walks very well on a leash and is learning how to sit! She is a good listener and fast learner; very treat motivated. Our staff say their favorite characteristic is that Pretzel is silly, sweet, and a dog who loves attention and getting pets.
