My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Martha May!

Martha May would love nothing more than to ring in the New Year curled up beside her person. After being such a devoted mama, she’s ready to be the one spoiled with love, comfort, and quiet moments.

Martha May loves:
• Playing with toy wands and batting around balls
• Lounging nearby, no matter what you're doing
• Enjoying gentle scratches and affection

If you’re looking for a loving companion to start your year with, Martha May is patiently waiting to steal your heart.

Their adoption fee is $120. The adoption fee includes their care, de-worming, microchip, spay, vaccines, fecal test, and preventatives up to the point of adoption.

More about this shelter

Judy’s Forgotten Jewells is a licensed Non-Profit No Kill Animal Rescue Group. It was founded by Patricia L. Smith DVM in honor of her mother’s childhood dog “Judy Dog” and Jewell Animal Hospital. Dr. Smith believes that ALL animals deserve quality pet care and a loving home. Our rescue is supported by volunteers, the hospital staff, and pet passionate people in our community who donate money and supplies. Our goal is to help the pets who are at risk of being euthanized, pregnant and or homeless.
