I brought Gary home from a breeder, and at the time I had no idea that he would struggle so much living with other cats. After giving him time and trying different approaches, it became clear that Gary simply cannot feel safe or relaxed in a multi-cat household.
This has created ongoing tension between him and my other cats — not because he is aggressive, but because he is extremely sensitive and needs to be the only pet in the home. He becomes anxious around other animals, and they have also become stressed in return.
I love Gary deeply, and that’s why I want to do what is truly best for him.
He deserves a peaceful environment where he doesn’t have to compete for space, attention, or safety — a home where he can finally thrive.
Gary would be a wonderful companion for someone who:

Can offer him a calm, stable environment
Understands that he needs time, patience, and a lot of one-on-one affection
