Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I'm Missy! I am the diva-est diva you will come across. I demand to be treated like a queen and show you I am a boss. I sleep on the highest perch no matter who is already there. Other kitties already sleeping in a cozy bed I desire? Move over 'cause I'm crawling in with you! My one true love is playing. My foster mom says I'm unique -- she's never met a kitten as sassy as me! I love to play with toys and to climb as high as I can to make my presence known. There is very little that scares me -- even the vacuum is no match for my stealth moves. As a diva, I insist on cuddling my way, on my time when I want it. I tend to cuddle after a long day of playing, running, and climbing, but not until I've had a chance to try to steal the big kitty food. I really don't care for being held -- I'd rather be playing. Primary Color: Black Weight: 2.2 Age: 0yrs 0mths 8wks

More about this shelter
Established in 1949, the Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P.C.A. is a private, non-profit, full-access animal shelter dedicated to providing a safe refuge for animals in our community. Our mission to care for all animals is made possible by friends like you. Every day our dedicated staff ensures that every animal receives food, veterinary care and the attention they need until they can find a forever home. The Inland Valley Humane Society & SPCA is a private, 501c3 nonprofit organization and is supported by contributions, grants, bequests, proceeds from pet adoptions, pet licensing and fees for services.
With highly recognized investigative officers, IVHS answers the call of over 100 animals in need every day. With our community outreach programs we educate the public on local wildlife, proper pet care and how to be a responsible pet owner. Equally important is IVHS’s commitment to provide a mobile vaccination clinic, low-cost and no-cost spay and neuter programs for our communities.
