My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Indoor Only*

Nova is a charming gray-and-white male tabby kitten with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s always the first to come running, eager to be scooped up for pets and cuddles. If you’re looking for a wonderfully friendly, playful, and affectionate kitten, Nova is your boy.
He loves interacting with everyone—people, littermates, and anyone willing to join in the fun. Curious about absolutely everything, he investigates his world with bright-eyed enthusiasm, making him a joy to watch as he explores and plays. Nova also has an excellent appetite and never turns down a good meal!
After all that excitement, you’ll often find him curled up in a sunny spot, snuggled against a littermate for a cozy nap. With his sweet nature and easygoing charm, Nova is sure to bring warmth, fun, and companionship to his forever home.
Adoption fee of $125 includes spay/neuter, FIV and FELV combo test, up-to-date rabies and distemper vaccinations, deworming treatments, flea treatments, and microchip.

More about this rescue

Shadow Cats TNR (SCTNR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting animals in need. Our mission is to establish and manage programs for the welfare of community cats, companion animals, and pet owners needing assistance, in collaboration with other community partners, rescue groups and shelters.

We specialize in controlling the community cat population through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). As a result of the TNR process, we often acquire, along with feral cats, friendly and semi-friendly cats and kittens. We work to place these cats into appropriate homes through our adoption and barn cat programs. SCTNR seeks to educate the public on the importance of spaying/neutering all pets as well as controlling the cat populations in our county.
