My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cher was found by one of our fosters after she spent a couple of weeks wandering the desert. She is a tough and lucky girl because she did have some bite marks but was able to escape the predator who tried to get her. She is a very shy with knew people but is a sweet girl once she trusts you. She will need a secure yard, a patient home and someone to help her learn that people are kind (and provide treats!) Cher is estimated around 2 years old and is about 13-14 lbs. She is still learning the leash and getting used to the potty routine in her foster. She is great with both dogs and cats so would likely be happiest in a home with other animals. Cher is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Go meet their pets

We are currently doing our events at Tractor Supply Company stores in Catalina and Marana AZ (alternating) but we plan to explore local Petco and Petsmart stores for other options.

More about this rescue

We rescue senior dogs and cats from the community and shelters to save them from euthanasia. We bring these homeless dogs and cats to our sanctuary, or to live with one of our foster families, where they receive quality care, comfort and dignity. We provide a temporary or permanent home for senior pets for the remainder of their lives, or until they have received all the medical care needed to become adoptable. Our primary goal is to find a permanent loving and compassionate homes for senior pets while they are still experiencing quality of life.
