My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Penelope!

Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat

Penelope is a 7.5-month-old stunner with sleek black fur and eyes that practically sparkle. She turns heads wherever she goes, but beyond her beauty, Penelope is the kind of kitten who makes the perfect sidekick. Whether you’re lounging on the couch, working from home, or just moving about your day, she’ll happily be by your side, keeping you company with her gentle presence.

She has the perfect balance of playful kitten energy and sweet affection. Penelope enjoys toys and games, but she’s just as content settling in for a cuddle or curling up nearby to watch the world go by. She’s cat-friendly, litter box trained, and has excellent manners, making her an easy addition to any loving home.

Penelope is vaccinated, microchipped, combo tested, spayed, up to date on de-wormer and flea meds.

Siblings; Miso (M), Binx (M), Buttercup (F)

Location & Transport
Penelope is currently in Houston, Texas, but can be transported to the Northeast, Pacific Northwest, Colorado, or cities along the route.

ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES:
Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, and transportation costs. Also, when you adopt from ROSES Rescues, you’re doing more than giving your new family member a home. Each adoption fee sponsors a cat on the streets of Houston to get fixed, helping end the cycle of overpopulation in a rough environment. We thank you so much for your contribution to our efforts!
