HIIII I’M TALLY!!!
Yes, I’m yelling, but only because I’m SO EXCITED YOU’RE READING MY BIO!!!! I am a 5-month-old pittie mix with the softest fur, floppiest ears, and an extremely boopable snow nose. I recently retired from life as a New Mexico street explorer (lots of smells, zero health plan), and now I’m looking for my forever family!
Let me tell you a secret: even though life was rough out there, the very first time I met my foster mom I immediately wagged my whole butt, kissed her face like she was a long-lost friend, and decided “Yep. Humans are my thing.” I have no idea what “personal space” means, but it sounds like something I’m not interested in. I love to snuggle. At night, I must—MUST—be lightly touching my hooman to ensure proper dream quality. I also sleep through the entire night like a tiny snoring angel.
I’m definitely still a puppy, which means I play hard, nap hard, and eat like I’ve been training for the Puppy Olympics. I’m currently dining on chicken, rice, and pumpkin (my tummy healing menu!) after… well… freelancing my meals on the streets. Let’s just say I’m grateful for the upgrade.
My foster sister Nala (she’s a terrier mix and the resident role model) and I love playing together. Tug-of-war is my specialty. I am small but mighty!
I am GREAT with dogs, cats, kids, adults, grandparents, mailmen, Amazon drivers, ghosts, tax accountants—basically everyone! Am I potty trained? Ummm… define “trained.” I am a pee-pad prodigy, though. A rising star in the pee-pad league. Rookie of the year, probably.
If you want a dog who looks at you like you hung the moon and maybe also the sun, if you want a little shadow who follows you everywhere, if you want a floppy-eared cuddle goblin with a snow-nose boop button, congratulations! You’ve found me! Adopt me before someone else does.
Love and tail wags,
Tally (your future favorite family member)
