My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cornbread!
This tiny 8-pound yorkie mix may be small in size, but he’s big on love. Estimated to be around 3 years old, Cornbread arrived at Rescue330 very shy and unsure. It took two full days before he trusted his foster enough for a gentle touch — and now the two are inseparable. Once Cornbread picks his person, he’s all in.

Cornbread’s favorite place in the world is your lap. He loves being close, being carried, and simply being with YOU. He also enjoys chew toys and spending time outside, especially when the weather is warm.

This little guy is crate-trained and housebroken. He’s had a few accidents, but that’s completely normal while adjusting to a new environment. Cornbread is indifferent to the other dogs in his foster home — he’s not bothered by them, but they’re not his priority. His heart belongs to his human, so a home with no other dogs is ideal. Because of his easygoing nature around dogs, he may do well with a cat, though he hasn’t met any in our care. Cornbread has not met children.

If you’re looking for a devoted, pint-sized companion who will be your shadow and your snuggle buddy, Cornbread might be the perfect match. Cornbread is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and current on heartworm and flea prevention. His adoption fee is $300. Apply today at www.rescue330.org!
