Amelia — A Striking Little Firecracker With Big Kitten Energy
Amelia is an independent, playful little girl with serious charm. She’s an adorable dilute tabico with striking, one-of-a-kind markings that make her look as special as she truly is. Young, energetic, and full of curiosity, she spends her days chasing toys, exploring every corner, and entertaining herself with whatever fun she can stir up. She’s a bundle of energy in the best way — always ready to pounce, play, and investigate.
Her playtime is absolutely delightful to watch. Amelia loves to chase, catch, and bunny-kick her wand toy, but her true treasure is a small yellow ball. Every time she finds it, she proudly carries it in her mouth, tosses it, pounces on it, chases it, and hides it like her prized possession. She may be tiny, but she’s got big personality — a touch of adorable diva energy — and if she’s not in the mood to be picked up or hugged, she’ll politely (but loudly) let you know.
Because she’s still so young, Amelia must go to a home with another young kitty friend who can play with her, help her socialize, and guide her through the developmental stages she’s still growing into. She needs a loving home with a family ready to shower her with affection, patience, and lots of reassurance. Since she was raised as a single kitten, exposure to another cat is important so she can learn “cat manners” and successfully adapt to her new environment. At this age she’s very malleable, so she should do well with children — as long as all interactions are supervised.
Amelia has been treated with love and kindness in her foster home, and anyone who adopts her will be gaining a wonderfully spirited addition to their family. She’ll thrive in a home with plenty of toys, enrichment, and attention. She tolerates cuddles but much prefers to be off on her next adventure — independent, busy, and absolutely bursting with life!
