💛 Meet Ms. Peanut Butter — Your New #1 People Person (or… People Dog?) 💛
If BoJack Horseman had a crossover episode with real life, this girl would absolutely be the heart of it.
Ms. Peanut Butter is a 3-year-old, 68-pound sweetheart who showed up near the Ohio/Indiana line looking like she’d been through a rough season—missing fur, needing comfort, and definitely NOT getting the Hollywood treatment she deserved. But just like a certain Mr. Peanutbutter, she’s all optimism, belly rubs, and “Hey! Want to hang out??” energy.
She cries in her kennel for attention because she just wants to be with people. Not in a dramatic Diane Nguyen monologue kind of way—just a simple, pure “please love me forever” request.
✨ Who she is: • Friendly, goofy, and full of golden-retriever-level enthusiasm • LOVES humans more than Mr. Peanutbutter loves saying, “Good boy, me!” • Wants to be by your side doing literally anything • Healing beautifully from her fur loss and ready for her glow-up • Big enough to spoon you but gentle enough to melt into your lap
Ms. Peanut Butter is ready to start her next chapter — hopefully one that looks less like a BoJack plotline and more like a happily-ever-after sitcom spinoff starring her.
If you’ve been looking for a loyal, lovable sidekick who thinks YOU hung the moon… 🎬 Your leading lady has arrived.
📞 Call 260-868-2409 ext. 101 to meet Ms. Peanut Butter! An adoption application can be filled out on the DHS website https://www.dekalbhumanesociety.org/adopt. Dog adoption fees are $200.00 for all puppies and adult dogs. Seniors are a donation of choice. Cats and kittens are a donation of choice.
