If you’ve been dreaming of a pup who’s equal parts soft, sweet, wiggly, and wonderful, allow us to introduce Amaya — the little lady whose gentle heart is only matched by her love for snacks and with those ears, she'll hear the treat bag 3 rooms away!! Seriously tho… offer her a treat and she will immediately decide you are her forever person. Instant loyalty, zero hesitation.

At just 7 months old and around 35 pounds, Amaya is the perfect “just right” size — small enough to scoop up for cuddles, sturdy enough for adventures, and cute enough to make strangers gasp dramatically in public.

She’s a tiny bit shy at first meeting (she claims it’s part of her “mysterious heroine” aesthetic), but once she feels safe, she blossoms into the sweetest, silliest, most affectionate girl. Expect tail wags, soft nuzzles, and the occasional “I love you but I’m also trying to climb directly into your sweatshirt” moment.

• Turning treats into friendships (very quickly)
• Getting along with everyone — dogs, kids, cats, probably even the mailman

• Being 98% house trained — she’s still young, but she’s nailing it

Amaya is playful, active, and full of puppy curiosity, but she’s also gentle, sensitive, and has a heart that melts right into yours. She’s the kind of dog who wants to grow and learn alongside her family — someone to show her the world, reassure her during the scary parts, and celebrate the fun ones.

She is currently with a neighboring rescue partner — we work together to save as many lives as we can — and we will happily pull her into Hay Dude Rescue to complete her adoption.
