My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Holly is a gorgeous, gentle-hearted girl who has endured far more heartbreak than any cat should. At just three years old, she was surrendered by her owner for “being annoying” while in heat—even after staff offered spay and neuter assistance in hopes of keeping her in the home she has only ever known. Just three days after giving her family guidance and reassurance, they returned abruptly, demanding to leave her behind and showing little kindness in the process. Despite her confusion, wide eyes and sadness, Holly has shown us just how sweet and sensitive she is. She is now spayed and spends her days quietly observing from the comfort of her cat bed, finding solace in cozy caves and her beloved treats. With the people she’s grown to trust, she accepts gentle pets and shows glimpses of the loving companion she truly is. What Holly needs now is a patient, understanding adopter who can give her the stability and calm environment she deserves—a place where she can finally relax and blossom. She does wonderfully with other cats and would do best in a quieter home, preferably with teens or older family members. Holly is a good girl with a tender spirit, and with the shelter traffic, this no place for her to continue healing. Please consider opening your heart and home to a very deserving girly.
