Sugar is an 11-month-old female Hound mix weighing around 40 lbs. True to her name, Sugar is an incredibly sweet girl with a classic hound personality. She’s quite the talker and has the most beautiful hound howl that will melt your heart.
Sugar is playful, energetic, and full of life, but she also dreams of stretching out in front of a cozy, warm fireplace after a day of fun. She absolutely loves people, including children, and gets along great with other dogs. We are unsure how she is with cats at this time.
If you’re looking for a loving, fun-loving companion with a little hound “conversation,” Sugar might be your perfect match!
Sugar is spayed, fully vetted, heartworm negative and microchipped.
Our pups come with one month of free pet insurance when you adopt.

Pack Leaders Rescue was founded in 2010 by Americo and Tori Cateni. Since then it has grown to include many amazing volunteers, fosteres and a rescue center who work very hard to find amazing foreveer homes. We are based in East Hartford Ct. Most of our animals come from Arkansas and TN. We transport weekly from North Little Rock, AR to the North East with many stops along the way. We use our our transport www.plrdogtransport.com.
All dogs and cats are given age approproate vaccinations before they leave. Every pet is seen by our vet prior to transport and receive a health certificate
