Chip is a strong & brave boy that has gone through a lot in his short life. He survived what is believe to have been a dog attack that left him covered in puncture marks.
Chip is sweet, outgoing, & friendly. He is a little rough with other doggies at first, but does good with guidance. Chip enjoys getting love, scratchies, & snacks! He also loves fetching balls!
