Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you’re looking for a dog who can brighten every room she bounces into, look no further — Sansa is your girl. This soft, snuggly sweetheart is a true social butterfly who thinks every person she meets is her new best friend. Volunteers say she greets everyone with enthusiasm and charm, and she’s a dream to walk — loose leash, happy prance, and plenty of polite sniffing along the way. She’s friendly with staff, volunteers, and strangers alike, and she handles new experiences with a lovely mix of curiosity and calmness.
Sansa has been on a long journey to get her skin feeling its best. She’s tried antibiotics, antifungals, and immune-supportive medications, and while she does improve, she hasn’t fully cleared up yet. Volunteers have helped bathe her when they can, but consistency has been tough in the shelter environment.
What she really needs is a stable, loving home where her skincare routine can be consistent and stress can stay low. Many dogs with lingering skin issues thrive once they settle into a predictable environment with regular care. Sansa is more than worth the effort — she gives love back tenfold.
If you’re willing to help this lovely girl continue her skin-healing journey, she will reward you with affection, loyalty, and a lifetime of joyful greetings. Sansa is so ready to leave the shelter behind and flourish with a family of her own.
