My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pixy Styx — a little bundle of sweetness with a heart full of love.
Pixy Styx is a stunning long-haired brown tabby with the silkiest fur and the gentlest soul. She likes to take her time getting to know new friends, but once she feels comfortable, she’ll melt right into your arms and show you just how loving she can be. Her favorite things in the world are gentle back scratches and belly rubs — she’ll purr with happiness and gaze up at you with total trust.

When Pixy Styx was a tiny kitten, she came into rescue with a tough respiratory infection. She fought hard and recovered beautifully, but it left her with a bit of chronic stuffiness and sneezes from nasal scarring. Her veterinarian says this may just be her normal, and it doesn’t affect her zest for life or her loving nature one bit.

Pixy Styx may be a little impurrfect, but she’s perfect where it truly matters — in her heart. She’s looking for someone patient and kind, someone who will give her the gentle love she deserves. In return, she’ll reward you with loyalty, snuggles, and the kind of quiet companionship that fills your home with warmth.

If you can open your heart to this special girl, Pixy Styx will show you that real love sometimes comes wrapped in a few extra sneezes — and a whole lot of purrs.

This kitty **MUST** be adopted into a home that already has another young cat, or adopted as a pair with a sibling or another kitty.

-----------

Kittens are very social and do best with a friend! This site has great information about why 2 kittens really make a whole kitten: http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens

All TPW kittens are neutered, vaccinated against FVRCP, microchipped, and dewormed. We also test each litter for FIV and FeLV.

Additional adoption info

Our goal is to help our kittens get matched with their forever family so they can live their best healthy lives!

To ensure that our kittens live long, healthy lives, we require adopters:
1) Adopt in pairs, or have another young cat at home already, and
2) Promise to keep their cats indoor exclusively

Applications for multiple cats will be given priority.

Please note that there is also an adoption fee for each animal. As a volunteer based, non-profit organization all funds received go straight to the essential care of the animals. All our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, micochipped, and tested for FeLV/FIV prior to adoption.

Once your application is approved, we will reach out to you to schedule a video call home tour to ensure that your home is a safe environment for the cats.
