If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Ruff Puff (male, longer black fluffy hair) and Blondie (female, short haired tortoise) were rescued a few weeks ago from our neighborhood. They are around 14-16 weeks old, very sweet, fully litter trained, playful little explorers. They are a bit shy at first but once they warm up to you, are social and affectionate, especially Blondie who loves to lay in our lap and purr while being pet after a meal. Due to their timidness, we are strongly encouraging that they be rehomed as a pair. In our experience, it is actually much easier to adopt 2 kittens as they do not require nearly as much attention because they will keep each other entertained. We have appointments to be spayed/neutered/vaccinated/microchipped at the SPCA in January and our neighborhood has chipped in to help cover those costs. They are really very sweet, well behaved adorable kittens and we have become very attached to them. We will be very sad to see them go, but know they will make another family very happy.
