Meet Scintilla (aka “Tillie”) — Your Fearless Little Lovebug
Scintilla—better known as “Tillie”—is a super-sweet tabby-and-white girl who may be four years old but still has the heart and energy of a playful kitten. She traveled all the way from Georgia to Colorado with her four little boys and is now ready to leave motherhood behind and finally focus on herself.
Tillie is an absolute people-lover. She adores climbing into your lap, draping herself across your shoulders, and soaking up every pet and cuddle she can get. She’s also a toy enthusiast—feathers, springs, balls, you name it… if it moves, Tillie wants to play with it.
A bit of an adventurous escape artist, Tillie is always curious about what’s happening on the other side of the door. During her explorations she has met bigger cats and, true to her fearless nature, she greets them with friendly rubs and zero hesitation. While we don’t know if she’s met dogs before, her confident, easygoing personality suggests she’d likely do well with slow, thoughtful introductions.
Tillie has excellent litter box manners, isn’t picky about her food (she enjoys both wet and dry meals), and is guaranteed to bring joy, laughter, and affection into any home.

Note: not all available cats and dogs reside at our campuses. Some are at off-site adoption partners or in foster homes. If you are interested in a particular cat or dog, please call our shelter at (970) 484-8516 to find out about their current status and location.
We do not ship animals. You are required to come and meet your new addition prior to adoption so that we can ensure a good match.
Please note that we will make a copy of the adopters’ State ID card, Driver’s License or passport at the time of adoption.
