Jinglebells is a neutered male Smooth Fox Terrier mix, born about May, 2024. Fox Terriers are smart and trainable and require some daily exercise to live their best lives. Jinglebells is neutered, healthy, and is a bit shy. He’s from a former Fox Terrier breeder who passed away, but while they look like purebred Smooth Fox Terriers, we don’t have any paperwork and so they could be a mixed breed. Aside from the adorable ears, Jinglebells has a “sleeve” and pink nose rings. He’ll just need someone to give him a bit of time to warm up and feel comfortable in his new digs. $125. This covers the cost of spay/neuter, DHPP, Rabies, Flea, tick, heart worm check, worm treatment, and microchip. To adopt, you need to first fill out an application. Go to:

We are located in Western North Carolina, but we serve New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and additional areas with our transport. The adoption fee covers the cost of spay/neuter, PVR or FVL-CP, Rabies, Flea, tick, ear mite and worm treatment before transport. All of our pets receive a health certification prior to transport. The transport is weekly. After your application is approved, we will contact you regarding cost and delivery.

We are located in Western North Carolina. All of our pets are housed with foster parents. You may visit our pets in North Carolina, but call ahead so that we can make them available to you. We serve Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and additional areas with our weekly transport.

Rutherford County Humane Society is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that has been serving Rutherford County since 1979, with the mission to significantly improve the lives of unwanted and neglected animals, and to measurably decrease this number through our spay and neuter programs, volunteer foster homes, and outreach and education. We are an independent organization that works in collaboration with other area animal advocacy groups. All of our efforts depend on our passionately compassionate volunteers, and financial support from the community.
