My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Don’t let that RBF fool you, she’s named Candy because she is super sweet.

8 year-old black & white lady may have a permanent “grumpy” expression and a hysterical raspy “smoker’s meow”, but she’s an enigma - because her personality is relaxed and happy.

She’d have every reason to be mad; she was dumped in her carrier behind the BJs store. After a few weeks, AFL rescued her and she’s been gaining weight and enjoying the security of foster care.

Candy is a ‘people-cat’ through and through. She loves to hang out wherever you are.

Toys and other cats simply aren’t her thing, but people are!

If you’re looking for a loyal companion add Candy to sweeten your life.
