Tracy came into Rescue when taken in as a stray by a kind couple who helps the abandon cats in the neighborhood. He has been living in her foster home, hanging out and looking forward to having a family . He does like to be held and is very people friendly. He has lived with multiple other cats in the foster home and can be specific about the cats that he likes.
