Meet Duke & Dolly — the stunning 11-month-old sibling duo with movie-star looks and hearts of gold!
These two didn’t grow up in a home from early kittenhood, so new people and new environments can feel overwhelming for them at first. Duke and Dolly will absolutely need adopters who understand that it takes time — sometimes weeks, not days — for shy cats to feel safe enough to show who they really are. But once they trust you? They blossom in the sweetest ways.
Dolly is the braver one initially, but even she needs a slow, gentle approach. Give her space to settle, and you’ll suddenly find a warm little cuddle bug sneaking into your lap as if she’s always lived there. She wants to be social — she just needs a patient person who lets her set the pace before she reveals her ultra-snuggly side.
Duke may seem very shy during meet-and-greets, and he’s usually the one who hides first in new situations. But in his foster home, where he feels safe, he’s a total sweetheart: running to the door to greet his humans, standing tall for headbutts, weaving around legs, and meowing politely for attention. He’s right on the edge of becoming a lap cat — he just needs adopters willing to give him the time he needs to feel brave.
Playtime is when their silliness shines. Duke is the gentle wrestler the younger foster kittens adore, and Dolly is the speedy chaser who loves sprinting after her brother at top speed. Together, they’re an adorable mix of sweetness, silliness, and mischief once they’re comfortable.
Duke is currently thriving on a urinary diet after experiencing crystals, and Dolly is more than happy to share — mealtime is one of their favorite parts of the day!
These two will do best in a quiet, patient home where they can warm up at their own pace. But if you give them that gift of time, they will reward you with loyalty, affection, and a bond that feels incredibly special because you earned it.
If you’re looking for a pair who will slowly but beautifully blossom into loving companions, Duke and Dolly might be your perfect match.
