My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stormy needs a true rescue family. One that understand the patience it takes to earn the love of a feral and abused puppy. This little girl was frozen in fear at the lift of a hand when she first came to us. She is food motivated and will take food but runs away. She is now getting to the point where she will allow us to pet her without hiding. This was earned through patience BUT especially through our other dogs. She would do best to have a dog friend. She truly opens up with our other dogs. Playful loving and happy. With humans she’s timid and shy. She also uses her potty pads 90% of the time. Shes great sleeping in her crate as welll. Shes starting to put weight back on slowly. Her fecal text came back negative for anything. She will need a contract stating she will be spayed when she’s old enough. She needs a home with a yard and her adopting family will need to own their home to ensure she doesn’t become misplaced.
When proof of spay is provided a refund of $100 will be returned to adopter.

More about this rescue

We are a small newer rescue helping to keep strays and surrendered pets out of the shelter or in the wrong hands of breeders and dog fighters. On some occassions we do rescue from shelters directly to give a pet another shot at life.
