Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Stormy is a 35 lb approximately 5 months old sweet but timid puppy.
She was found a little over 2 months ago as a stray in the desert who had found her way to cat food at a feral cat colony. She was very thin and whatever she went through caused her to be untrusting of people. She bonds quickly with dogs and has been very playful and sweet following our other dogs lead of how to be a good girl. She’s still learning, but in the short time she’s been with our rescue she went from hiding walking inside to her crate, chasing tennis balls, laying down for belly rubs, and walking on a halter leash like a pro. She would do best in a home with another dog to help continue building her trust, or a home that has time and patience in showing her she’s safe. She will get there but she will
be slow to warm up at first. She’s great with our kids and has never been aggressive. She’s very submissive. She is a true abandoned rescue puppy learning to love.

More about this rescue
We are a small newer rescue helping to keep strays and surrendered pets out of the shelter or in the wrong hands of breeders and dog fighters. On some occassions we do rescue from shelters directly to give a pet another shot at life.
