Shadow is a sweet senior kitty looking for a warm lap to live out the rest of his days. He came to us as a stray front declawed, neutered, and with recently shaved hair, indicating that he once was in a loving home. He is currently thriving in foster care and his foster has nothing but good things to say about him. He has a calm, gentle demeaner, loves to play in water, and wants to be someone`s close companion.
Shadow has kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, and will need most of his teeth removed (Will be covered by AGC). He is approximately 15 years old and does well with people of all ages, cats, and dogs, making him a unique addition to any home that would be able to keep up with his diet and twice daily medications.

Our adoption process is meant to reduce barriers to adoption. We have a simple questionnaire that does not determine if the adopter is "approved" or "denied" and then we have a conversation about their lifestyle, home environment, and what they are looking for in a pet.

Come meet our cats and dogs Tuesday through Friday from 1pm to 4pm in our open-concept adoption space! Here, you can sit and spend time with our kitties in a relaxed environment to get to know each personality. We have a meet and greet room for our doggies, so you can spend time with them in a larger space or walk with them outside!
