Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Posy! This delicate little sweetheart may start off shy, but give her a bit of time and patience and youāll see her true personality bloom. We donāt know her background with children, so families with kids should plan for slow, calm introductions to help her feel comfortable. Posy does well with other cats and could thrive in a home with a friendly feline companion, as long as introductions are done properly. Another gentle cat might even help her gain confidence. If youāre looking for a sweet, soft natured friend who will reward your patience with trust and devotion, Posy is ready to blossom in her forever home.
ā If youāre interested in adopting, please fill out an adopter profile at www.parl.org/adopt and stop by during our open hours! ā

The first step in our adoption process is to submit an adopter profile through our website. We then encourage you to visit PARL at 34 Elbow Street and get to know the animals we have available. You do not need an appointment, and we invite you to visit us often. PARLās goal is to assist you in finding your best match for a lifelong companion.
When you arrive, youāll sign PARLās visitor log, and staff will direct you to PARLās cat rooms, small animal spaces, or dog kennels (depending on your preference.) We encourage you to spend time outside with the dogs, or petting our cats and small animals. Please ask questions -- that's why we're here.
If you don't find what you are looking for the first time, please come see us again! Chances are that we will have some new furry friends available for adoption, and one of them might be purr-fect for you!
