Penne is a 10 year old Jack Russell mix with the laziest temperament. She’s the sweetest girl who has nothing but love to give…to humans. Penne is NOT a fan of other dogs and needs to be the only dog in a home. She would love for you to be home with her often and is a great work from home companion. She spends most of the day sleeping. Penne does have a history of thyroid cancer that was treated in 2018 and now has a suspected enlargement of her thyroid but she’s had it for over a year and there has been no change in it so the vet thinks it’s unlikely to cause any major problems.
This dog LOVES her people with all her heart and we are heartbroken that we cannot keep her but she is miserable with a second dog who moved in to the home a year ago. She’s housebroken, knows basic commands, and loves to learn. She will come with a kennel and her favorite toys. If you want a dog who will be overjoyed every single time you walk into a room, Penne is your gal.
