My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🚐 Meet RV — Your Soft-Spoken Co-Pilot in Life 🚐

RV might look a little unsure right now, but give him a moment and you’ll see just how much heart this sweet orange boy has to offer. He’s the quiet, thoughtful type — the kind of cat who watches everything first, then chooses you when he’s ready. And when he does? It’s pure magic.

This handsome golden tabby has a tender soul. He’s gentle, polite, and trying his very best to understand that people can be safe and kind. RV is the cat who blossoms with patience — the one who learns that hands bring love, not worry, and who rewards his person with trust that feels incredibly special.

He may not burst into the room with confidence, but he’ll melt into you once he feels secure. If you’ve ever wanted to help a sweet, sensitive cat feel truly at home, RV is your guy

More about this shelter

Pauls Valley Animal Welfare Society a 501c3 was formed to improve the problems of disease, overpopulation & abandonment of stray animals in Garvin County.
Our organization is made up of over 300 members who care about animals. It is an eclectic group varying in race, age, economic and professional levels and religious affiliations. We are, however, single-minded when confronting our community problems of animal cruelty and neglect, overpopulation and the humane treatment in which our strays and homeless dogs and cats are housed. Our goal is to relieve their suffering, do everything in our power to find them homes and provide a decent animal shelter for Garvin County.
