Earl is a sweet and lovable dog who has all the great qualities a family could hope for. He is crate trained, house trained, and walks wonderfully on a leash, making him an easy companion in any home. Earl gets along beautifully with other dogs, cats, and children, and his playful, fun personality brings joy to everyone he meets. Currently in a foster home, he is learning the routines of family life while he patiently waits to find the forever home he truly deserves.

The Chickasha Animal Shelter is a municipal shelter operated and funded by the City of Chickasha, Oklahoma. In addition to providing a safe environment for our adoptable animals we also are responsible for the enforcement of all animal related laws within the City of Chickasha and holding all stray animals that are located. In addition to these main roles, we also provide public Spay and neuter program with OkHumane, city pet licensing, and other educational services to our community.
We operate daily with a very limited staff supported by several amazing volunteers. We operate an active foster program and are always seeking to work with those in our community interested in assisting us in our mission.
