Here's what the humans have to say about me:
A litter of 8 puppies and their Mom were living in neglectful conditions. The owner agreed to surrender the dogs to animal control. Mom, Honolulu, was said to be a mix of Golden Retriever, Hound, & Shepherd. Dad was also said to be a Golden mix too. Mom will be available for adoption at a later date after she gains some healthy weight and can be spayed. The puppies were taken to the vet to be checked and all are happy & playful. They get along with people, other dogs and cats as well. Juneau's foster has this to say about her: "She is doing great with potty training and likes the crate when I went to the gym this am. She did wake me about an hour after we went to bed by licking my face and she went outside and peed and went right back to sleep for 7 hours cuddling in bed without getting us. She loves playing with toys and can walk up the stairs! She goes to the front door when she needs to go out."
Juneau is about 10 weeks old and 8 pounds. Please help Juneau find the loving home she deserves.

We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821).
Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.

Honolulu's puppies' adoption fee is $500. For puppies that have not been able to be neutered/spayed yet (due to being too young or small) we charge $500 with the condition that when they are fixed $50 is refunded. This covers all their age-appropriate shots, microchipping and vetting.
**If you are coming to an adoption event to see a certain dog/cat, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog/cat will be there that day. Please email 1-2 days before the event, as some animals are placed during the week and our list is constantly changing.
