Sweet Potato is a sweet, outgoing gal who is seeking her new home. She was originally a stray feline who lost her way, but now seeks a life of luxury. Since she came to us as a stray we do not know much about her past, but so far she has loved everyone she has met, greeting them with headbutts and purrs. She would love nothing more than a warm bed to curl up in. Due to her outgoing personality, we feel she may be just fine with a cat-savvy canine, and children with a slow introduction. She`s doing well with other cats in our colony rooms.
Bloodwork showed that this pretty cat struggles with high blood pressure. We`ve worked with our vet to adjust medications, and she is at a good dosage that a willing adopter can continue with, once a day orally, and the medication is not expensive. She takes her medication like a champ, and appears to be feeling much better now. Do you have a place in your heart and home for a feline who needs a little more care?
