Hi, I'm Kai! I'm a 2 year old black boy kitty, and basically, I look like what a miniature panther would look like. I do have a nice meow that I'll use to make sure you're paying attention to me, and I like to know what's going on; I'm a watchful, curious kitty. I'm also very relaxed and like to lounge around. I would love for my furever family to find me and maybe bring some treats--I think treats are even better than toys. Though I wouldn't say no to some catnip mice either!
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
