I adopted Cleo in May 2024 from a foster family through a shelter where they'd previously found her outside. She's a sweet 8 year old cat who will definitely keep you entertained! She can be a little shy at first, especially around new people. But she warms up to people that she spends a good amount of time with. Cleo loves to chase a piece of yarn being dragged around, and loves to run after thrown treats and toys (especially if she has some carpet to get some traction)! Once she gets to know you and trust you, she LOVES some tummy scratches.
Cleo has spent a brief time living with another cat, and definitely needs to take it slow when meeting other pets. She's also a very curious cat and likes to explore, so an ideal owner would do a little cat-proofing of cabinets, etc. Ideally, she seems like she'd prefer to be an only pet. She is great with the litter box, loves sisal scratching posts, and loves to drink from her water fountain. She's around 8 years old and healthy.
