My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

More About Peter Patch
-Goofy, playful, and full of personality
-Known for his one ear up, one ear down charm
-Loves other dogs and makes friends easily
-Social with people and always happy to engage
-Brings laughter and lighthearted fun wherever he goes

Peter Patch came to us from Dallas Animal Services and wasted no time showing us exactly who he is. This boy loves to have a good time and seems to live for silly moments and shared laughs. If there is an opportunity to make someone smile, Peter Patch is already on it.

His one ear up and one ear down look is the perfect reflection of his personality. Goofy, endearing, and full of heart. He loves his dog friends and has a natural way of fitting in, becoming a little brother to some and a trusted pal to others. With people, he is just as social, making friends everywhere he goes with ease and enthusiasm.

Peter Patch is playful, affectionate, and always ready to turn an ordinary day into something fun.

More about this rescue

Animal Farm Foundation gets to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

Located in Dutchess County NY, AFF has been working nationally to secure equal treatment and opportunity for “pit bull” dogs since 1985.

OUR ORGANIZATION
Animal Farm Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, has been rescuing and re-homing animals, as well as making grants to other humane organizations, since the mid-1980's.

We currently dedicate our resources to securing equal treatment and opportunity for "pit bull" dogs. Whether the dog is called a "pit bull" because of a documented pedigree, or merely on the basis of physical appearance, recognizing that these dogs are individuals for whom we are responsible is an integral step toward a compassionate future for all dogs.
