Labubu is a senior female English angora rabbit that is searching for a special home. She was confiscated from a large hoarding situation with several other rabbits. Unfortunately Labubu came to us in a very delicate state - she was so severely matted she could not use her back legs well. She was not able to hop, and had significant sores on her feet and urine scalding. It was clear that she was not handled much by her original owner and was very scared of people.
Labubu did wonderfully for her grooming, and is now adjusting to life where she is cared for daily. She wears special boots to help her sore feet, and her skin has healed from the urine scalding she had. Her heart still needs to heal though - and she is very scared and easily stressed around people. She is slowly learning to trust us, so we are hoping to find someone that can continue to show her that people are not so scary. Labubu will need routine grooming that the rescue is more than happy to help with.

Our rescue is a closed space out of our home. Animals are available for meet and greats by appointment only. We also have a small network of foster homes that some of our animals stay in.
