Rocko is a very sweet dog with high needs. He is very leash reactive when he sees other dogs on walks, bicycles, and scooters. He sometimes lunges at running children as well. Fortunately he is not fearful, he just wants to play! He is a total love bug who has very intense separation anxiety. It is important to know that if you choose to adopt Rocko you will have to dedicate time, money, and attention to finding the appropriate veterinary care to give Rocko appropriate treatment for this. He is very smart and good at learning new things. He just has a lot of anxiety when left alone and a LOT of excitement when he sees potential play mates on his walks. Rocko would be best in a house alone. He currently lives with a cat who he has a lot of trouble not chasing. He currently lives in a home where he is allowed on the sofa and sleeps in the bed and would have a lot of trouble unlearning this, so a home where this is allowed would also be best. Rocko is not currently crate trained.
