Arthur needs time and attention that I’m just unable to give. My career is taking me out of my home state and I’m unable to give the life he deserves. He was found off street with behavior issues and I haven’t been able to help him with that, but he has a good soul and just needs someone who can provide what he needs. I’m not that person sadly.
